Very sore glutes, never done barbell lunges before. Lots of foam rolling, hot tubbing

slash week 2 lifting again

Memorial Day, gym closes early i can either keep lifting MWF but skip treadmill or just treadmill today... I lifted.

20 minutes swimming 11 laps (22 lengths at 25yds = 550 yards sloowowww)
