Haven't done chikung in a week or 10 days
Rocking the 8min workouts every single day, sometimes two sessions, sometimes 4 different ones at once. Getting a lot stronger plyometrically
Went for a run after work. Treadmill: 1.85 miles in 20 minutes def lots of room for improvement
Weight: 252 lbs
