Had a banana last night so actually ended up with about 1800


450 breakfast
200 had some noodles
snacked at work on a piece of pizza 250, some crackers and cheese 200, some dry ribs 200 and some veggies with dip 250.
Sliced turkey breast for supper 300

Im probably over estimating on the snacks at work but id rather over estimate than under lol

Ill likely have some grapes later so well just say 2000 today.

Well today wasnt exactly a good day lol

Started off with about 400 cals in my eggs (Cheese, ketchup, 4 eggs)
Fruit some grapes, an apple, and a banana 300
had a coffee 150
Supper was a little over board, took my niece out for a steak supper - had baked potato with butter/bacon bits/sour cream, bbq beans, coleslaw, BIG steak, 2 buns with margarine, 3 pieces of garlic toast, and then a brownie for dessert, and a can of coke to drink, ill guess like 2000? lol Maybe more, hard to estimate
And a bit of a late night snack on a few jalapeno poppers and some popcorn shrimp so say 600 (Wasnt a lot)

so 2150 today not too bad but not too good

Apparently my math sucks yesterday

950+900=1850 it was 950 not 1250 lol

So today was bad right from the get go, my manager brought in donuts and one of them looked too good to pass up.

450 breakfast
270 donut
300 lunch

And then I didnt eat supper, but I went to another retirement party and there was appetizers out the wazoo there.

So I had 4 beer 600
and then an assortment of appies I can say was probably around 1400 (Just to make a good round number lol)

I might be over exaggerating on the cals but I wasnt paying much attention to what I was eating so its definitely possible.

We'll just say today was between 3000-3300.

So not a good day in terms of calories but I had a ton of fun sending off a genuinely good guy in to the next phase of his life :)

bought a ton of fruit yesterday so ill snack on some grapes and an apple, so probably 1450 today
