I gotta stop pigging out late at night, or I'll never get below 230.

Skipped shrugs again

1/31/10 _ Workout A - 75 minutes!
Weight: 234 lbs
Added 5 sets of abs to be done inbetween different excercises. I failed to do C for a whole week but I can't neglect my abs like that!
7 sets of shrugs
Hopefully I can do 6 days in a row again. That was killer last week!

7 sets of shrugs
switched up the order of my excercises, that was fun.
added creatine to my supplementation, before and after workout.
