Saturday, ate like a pig. didn't have any rockstar thats weird

bowl of honey bunches of oats with almond milk
cherry turnover
2 pieces of bacon
2 cups of egg nog (like 600 calories omg)

tub of ben and jerry's americone dream (like 1400cals)

single culvers cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard

2 cans of mountain dew

2 porkchops with cream of mushroom and rice-a-roni
glass of whole milk

braggs vinegar with fiber supp and squirt of quality lemon juice (not from concentrate, has lemon oil)

Monday, February 15th 2016, the year of the sneaky chicken

Had a good day, gonna go to bed and get the most sleep in like a week right after I hit post.

Got daycare plan at my gym for really cheap (both twins $30 month.)

Went to yoga class. Hour long. Felt good, got deep in my tissues and stuff.
There's a yoga class every night of the week. I intend to attend these.

FMLA leave from work until the day after Easter. Gonna use this opportunity to workout like a fiend.
There's a joke here about lent or jesus or something but I'm not that clever.

Week 2 Feb 22nd to 26th
went to yoga 4 times, friday the twins were sick so I stayed home. Thursday night went to a barre class for the first time (never even heard of this) which killed me. Dancers are very strong.

Week 3 February 28th, Monday, twins are still sick. Monday night's class isn't my favorite anyway. Tmrw night is the good class I hope the boys are feeling better.

Still haven't missed my daily chikung since the winter solstice. That's over 2 months never missing a day, I hope I'm doing it right lol.

Kids got sick, then I got sick. Kept going to group classes at Gold's for the rest of that week from last post. Went to a barre class that was insane torture. I was one of 2 dudes out of the 30 of us.
Missed 2 or 3 days of qigong while sick. That's still pretty good frequency considering it's been since winter solstice.

Day 3 of EIGHT MUTHA FUCKIN' MINUTE ABS feels good.
Day 1 I felt like I almost herniated my viscera through my abdominal wall.

missed one night since last post of qigong
Havne't missed any 8 minute workouts, I thikn 3 days now it's been the 8 min stretch, abs, glutes and legs. Weird ass soreness on the medial posterior of knees feels good. I remember the crazy soreness when I used to be good at kicking and legwork/stances

nice workout last night with after a few shots of whiskey damn i felt strong
rested from hitting qigong but did other weidan techniques and the workout was of a greater intensity than i have put out in years
felt really powerful with those shots of whiskey lol
