At home.

-Dbell lunges: 0x20, 15x20, 25x20, 3x20 of 40's
-Clean and Press: 5x10 of 95lbs
-Arnold Press: 3x10 of 40's
-Lateral dbell raise: 3x10 of 15's
-Bent over bbell rows 4x10 of 95lbs
-Bent over laterals: 3x10 of 15's
-Dbell rows: 3x10 of 15's

10/17/11 - Workout A
Late night workout. Went pretty easy on my incline bench. First time doing incline in months. I gotta alternate! I hate deadlifting, I want some gloves/straps.

-Front Squats:
barx10, 95lbsx10, 135lbsx8
3 sets of 5 @ 185lbs
5 sets of 1 @ 225lbs
-Incline Bench
barx10, 95lbsx10, 115lbsx8,
3 sets of 5 @ 135lbs
-Deadlifts
barx10, 225lbsx10, 315x1

225x5, 135x5 really deep
-Seated Calf Raises: 5x6 2 plates, 1x5 3 plates
-Bench: warmup barx10, 135x10
3 sets of 205lbsx5

-Dips: 5x8

Skipped Deadlifts, really good workout.

Short workout before work. Skipped squats cuz legs pussy.

3 Circuits at home. Light to medium weights, high reps.
