Should have done more work today, but it felt good. Been sticking to the rippetoes main premise. Adding variety to each workout in the following weeks.

wtf i missed friday! oh well, i am sore still at the time of this post. I plan to squat 3 plates from now on, except the one light day where I superset front squats with hang cleans
. I need to do more supplementary exercises again! Where'd the dips/chins go and the medicine ball throws? Why don't I do dbell curls for teh broceps?

Went for high volume, low weight, minimum rest periods.
-5x12 OHP (95lbs)
-5x12 Dbell shrugs (40lbs)
-Tri-Set Front, Lateral, Bent Over Dbells (3 triple sets 25x8, 15x8, 15x10)
-Superset Bent Over BBell rows with Dbell Rows (95lbsx10 with 25lbsx8)
-3x8 dbell curls 25lbs
