Squats: Warmup sets: barx10, 135x10, 185x10, 225x10
Working Set: 285lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 225lbs 5x5)
OHP: Warmup sets: barx10, 55x10, 65x10, 95x10
Working Set: 135lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 115lbs 5/5/5)
Bent Over BBell Rows: barx10, 65x10, 95x10, 115x10
Working Set: 135lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 135lbs 5/5/6) alternating grips on all sets, even warm up.
Last workout I didn't lean over as far, that's the lack of weight increase. This time was low, and it felt good. Why haven't I been alternating grips??? Good call.
