8/26/11 - Workout B
Weight: 206lbs
I was not feeling it at all going later in the evening. Super sore, maybe adding too many extra exercises too quickly.

Squats: Warmup sets: barx10, 135x10, 185x10, 225x8
Working Set: 275lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 250lbs 7/6/5)
OHP: Warmup Sets: barx10, 55x10, 65x10, 95x10
Working Set: 115lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 115lbs)
Bent Over BBell Rows: Warmup sets: barx10, 65x10, 95x10, 115x10
Working Set: 135lbs 5/5/6 (last workout 125lbs 5/5 120lbsx5)

Didn't bend over as far on the BBell Rows. That accounts for the weight jump. I usually go fully bent over like perpendicular. This time I was just a little lower than 45 degrees and I alternated grips.

Five hours of sleep, went real light.

Bench Press: Warmup sets: barx10, 95x10
Working Set: 5 sets of 10 at 135
Deadlift: Warmup sets: barx10, 135x10
Working Set: 5x5 of 225lbs

Bent Over BBell Rows: barx10, 65x10, 95x10, 115x10
Working Set: 135lbs 5/5/5 (last workout 135lbs 5/5/6) alternating grips on all sets, even warm up.

Last workout I didn't lean over as far, that's the lack of weight increase. This time was low, and it felt good. Why haven't I been alternating grips??? Good call.

DELOAD - got like 2 hours of sleep... Have no business in the gym today.
Weighed in at 202lbs but I think I just lost some water weight.

Squats: barx10, 135x10, 3 sets 225x5
Bench: barx10, 95x10, 3 sets 135x10.
Deadlift: barx10, 135x10, 3 sets 225x5.

Just stretched out and shit got all pumped and flexed... I need a camera NOW wtf i can see my six pack I look amazing
