Working Set: 3x5 of 185lbs (failed on second set on 5th rep - not enough rest time I think) (last workout 3x5 of 205lbs with failure on 5th rep of 3rd set)
Deadlifts: Warmup sets: 135x10, 155x10, 185x8, 205x6
Working Set: 1x5 of 225lbs (last workout 1x3 of 275lbs)

Crappy workout, bad diet this weekend. Late post, too. I think I recall the numbers correctly.

Didn't go to the gym today, proper rest interrupted very early by neighbor's tearing up their driveway. Oh well, I got some afternoon delight before work.

I have been adding supplementary exercises since my numbers are plateauing. Gotta change it up!

Working Set: Failed 375lbsx1, 1 rep of 315lbs (last workout 1x3 of 315lbs)

4x12 dips
seated calf raise (1platex10, 2x8, 3x6, 4x3)
bbell shrugs (4 sets of 8 @ 225lbs)
4x10 torso rotations, 2 sets each side, 90lbs resistance max interval setting (idk wtf that does but it makes it harder)
