Got to the gym and I was about to change and shit when I seen I forgot my gym shorts. WTF
So I worked out at home doing B-day related exercises, broken into two parts (ran out of time; daniel tosh standup at 10PM)
Pre-Tosh
7 sets dbell lunges (50@0lbs, 30@15lbs, 20@25lbs, 3x12@40lbs)
7 sets arnold press (20@15lbs, 20@15lbs, 15@25lbs, 15@25lbs, 3x8@40lbs)
7 sets bent over dbell laterals (15@5lbs, 15@10lbs, 12@15lbs, 3x5@25lbs)
Post-Tosh
21 singles of power cleans (from the ground, swing it up to overhead press...) 136.4lbs assuming the bbell weighs 20lbs
5 sets lateral dbell raises (5lbsx20reps, 10x15, 15x12, 15x12, 25x8)
5x10 bbell shrugs (136.4lbs assuming the bbell weighs 20lbs)
5 sets bent over dbell rows (5lbsx20reps, 10x15, 15x15, 25x12, 40x10)
5x8 bent over bbell rows (116.4 assuming the bbell weighs 20lbs)
