I've been studying the Arnold Scwarzenegger's Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding and changed my A+B routine a little bit.
Instead of lifting the same weight for each excercise, I start with really light and increase the weight each set while also lifting to failure.
I ran out of hydroxycut a few weeks ago, that stuff didn't do jack (it did make me feel kinda wired.)
Started taking new supplements two weeks ago (TBA.) Notice my weight dropping!
