5/14/11 - Rest Day?
I got antsy and sprinted up radar hill 5 times in the rain. Hurts a bit, reminded me that I did legs yesterday.

This website says this particular hill is a 200-300ft run (probably 200 from where I started at the bottom) @ 60 degrees!
