5/7/11 - Fasted Cardio
-1 hour on the elliptical (max incline, 43 resistance, 1000cals in with 6 secs left in an hour...)
-7k calories in 7 days... Time to change it up. MORE HARDCORE tomorrow, 10 mins elliptical, lift hard (5day split style, compound lifts mainly!) then half an hour elliptical again. Fasted, to burn hella calories, and rape my muscles.
