5/3/11 - Late night
One hour of stretching, yoga, qigong, meditation

5/4/11 - Fasted Cardio first thing
-1 hour on the elliptical. max incline 43 resistance. 1000cals inb4 58:00 minutes.
Legs feel pretty tight and sore even with all the stretching and stuff. I don't want to miss a day yet, it's just fucking cardio, pussy.

5/7/11 - Fasted Cardio
-1 hour on the elliptical (max incline, 43 resistance, 1000cals in with 6 secs left in an hour...)
-7k calories in 7 days... Time to change it up. MORE HARDCORE tomorrow, 10 mins elliptical, lift hard (5day split style, compound lifts mainly!) then half an hour elliptical again. Fasted, to burn hella calories, and rape my muscles.

45 minutes of stretching, yoga, qigong. Bedtime.

5/8/11 - WEEK TWO - Fasted Workouts
-10 minutes on the elliptical warmup (max incline 43 res, 150+ cals burned)
-Chest Workout:
5 sets incline bench (135x5 3 times, 155x4, 175x3)
5 sets flat bench (175lbsx8x8x6x5x4)
5 sets dips
-5x20 medicine ball throws (I almost pulled something in my gut it felt like)
-20 minutes on the elliptical (max inclnie 43 res, 350+ cals burned)

5/9/11 - Early AM
30 minutes stretching and meditation. Bedtime.

-10 minutes on the elliptical warmup (max incline 43 res, 180 cals burned)
-Shoulder Workout:
5 sets OHP (95x8 to 115x5)
3 supersets front dbell raise with lateral dbells (20's and 15's x5)
5 sets bbell shrugs (1 plate)
-20 minutes on the elliptical (max incline 43 res, 350 cals burned)

Missed my before bedtime routine for sleep. Got up earlier than usual.
-10 minutes on the elliptical warmup (max incline 43/45 res, 180 cals burned)
-Arm Workout:
5 sets strict real mutha fuckin chins (3x3x2x2x1x1)
5 sets dips (12x12x10x8x6)
-20 minutes on the elliptical (max incline 44 res, 350+ cals burned)

5/13/11 - Early AM
-75 minutes of stretching, yoga, qigong, meditation.
