Gonna take a week of semi-deload. Plan: Bike ride daily, lift every other day, push up and core regimen on the inbetween days.
3x50 bicycles
3 sets Set of Six pushups 5 reps each position
3x25 hyperextensions
3x5 handstand pushups
3x25 pikeups
3x5 bridge pushups
3x25 side leg raises
3x5 crane pushups
