7/30/10 - Workout C - 65 minutes
Weight: 230lbs
On my last Pink Magic pill. My numbers went up and feel more solid, as well as visually more impressive (to me in the mirror, at least.) I ought to take pics.
Gonna take a week of semi-deload til I pick up more supplements. Plan: Bike ride daily, lift every other day, push up and core regimen on the inbetween days.

5x6 cheat curls (95lbs bbell)
5x8 preacher curls (25lbs dbells)
5x8 hammer curls (25lbs dbells)
5x6 triceps pressdowns (100lbs machine)
5x8 reverse grip pressdowns (80lbs machine)
5x10 dbell kickbacks (25lbs)
5x12 dips

5x30 pikeups
5x30 side leg raises

Warmed up for 15 minutes, usually I take 5-10 minutes to warmup.
5x50 bicycle situps
5 sets of 6 different pushup positions 5 reps apeice. (150 pushups total broken into 5 sets of 6 different pushup positions)

5 sets bench press (95x10, 115x8, 135x8, 155x6, 175x6)
5x15 straight arm pullovers (40lbs dbell)
5 sets machine flies (100x12, 110x10, 120x8, 110x10, 100x12)

5x8 bent over lateral dbell raises (25lbs)
5x8 standing dbell laterals (25lbs)
5x6 front dbell raises (25lbs)
5x8 arnold press (40lbs dbell)

5x12 lunges supersetted with 5x30 calf raises
5x6 standing one leg press (140lbs)
5x6 leg extensions (200lbs)
10x1 deadlift (200lbs)
5x6 good mornings (50lbs)

Bike Ride: took my sweet time
Went to the park and did 20 chins, 1 at a time. I wanted to do more but the mosquitoes were eating me alive. I didn't know I could do a chin-up at all, let alone holding at the top to shift right to left.

5x12 dips
5 sets 21's (25lbs dbell)
5x6 triceps pressdowns (100lbs machine)
5x6 dbell kickbacks (40lbs dbell)

5x25 crunches
5x25 side leg raises
