Time to move on for a bit

Cooking the little bit of raw fish that I have and then doing Tempoross until level 80 fishing

I think my favorite thing about RuneScape and why I keep coming back to the damn game is the freedom to choose.

There's no feeling of being stuck. You don't have to repeat the same area over and over in order to progress further in the game, you can just move on elsewhere.

I've decided to go to the Mining Guild and get 72 mining to unlock the upper area in Motherlode Mine. I'm mining Iron Ore to stash up to make steel bars for cannonballs. I'm also hunting down Unidentified Minerals to get the mining gloves. I have a feeling at some point MLM is going to be where I obtain 99 Mining. Maybe 92 mining and then mine Amethyst to 99 Mining is the real move so I can make amethyst darts and amethyst arrows.


Once I'm done mining, I think instead of 99 fishing at Tempoross I'm going to go for 85 or 90. Leaning more towards 90.

A benefit to this is stacking up all Tempoross rewards until you reach 81+ in order to get Manta Rays



Doing these things super early on not only helps with late game//end game meta, but also helps with rewards from Wintertodt.


Once I've gotten 90 fishing at Tempoross, I'll collect all rewards (Really hoping for a Tome at some point, I've got pages, and the tacklebox. Dragon harpoon I can get from Wyrms later on and honestly will probably do Minnows or Monkfish anyhow for resources, so the harpoon would strictly be for collection log purposes.

After this, it's time I fully commit to the IronMan lifestyle and do what I hate the most - Farming.

Full send at Tithe Farm, collect all rewards, and start doing farming runs each time I log in.


Once I've got some basis down for what farm runs I can do, then it's time to finish out Wintertodt banking all Solo crates (13.5k+ points per crate) until 99 Firemaking.

By the time I hit 99 Firemaking at Wintertodt, I should have decent enough skills for the higher end rewards. Crafting levels should be up high enough for consistent Rubies/Diamonds, Mining level will be high enough for Adamantite ore and Runeite ore. Farming level will help not only with Seeds but also since I'll be farming herbs and secondaries I'll obtain higher level herbs as well.

And of course, everyone wants to be the spoon that gets the pets. So here's hoping!

Depending on how fast the minerals come by 72, I may stick around in the mining guild until I get the gloves done

up to 23 minerals found, half way to 72. Probably not going to push for the gloves unless by some miracle I get to over 40 minerals by the time I hit 72


Looks like it's 72 mining -> Tempoross

up to 32 minerals, a gain of 20 from 71 -> 72. 12, 20, I think maybe 72 -> 73 nets us 28? Would be gloves.


Committed now, need to find out.
