The pain was just temporary, the risk that this will happen again (which is now almost a certainity) sucks even more.
I can't do any gut workout before my shoulder is fine again..

just take it easy until ur fully recovered theres no sense in wrecking your future now. just relax.

they obviously didnt recover 100% after the 1st time it happened..
