Generally speaking being a good employee is rewarded with more work.
Edit: if you're working in a job where more work exists. Obviously you can't just be given extra abandoned apartments to ransack because there's a finite amount.
There is always something to work on. Always something to fix.
Most people actually move out. Evictions are rare.
