Hello 11 hour day.
A thir is picking me up though

I'm going to quit soon.
I hate it there and they are even more rascist than I assumed.
It's seriously uncomfortable how rascist they are.
In bit even going to go in to detail because its just that bad


10-12 hour days no breaks, 10 min lunch.
Can't sit down

They haven't discussed my pay or give me a set schedule,
It's been over a month. Like fuck tht.

No structure, no management, nada.

Going to watch Percy Jackson sea of monsters with Anthone.
I'm super excited. I read all the books before try became "cool"

I quit my job.
I'm estatic. But kind of sad at the same time.
I hope Jasmine isn't sad, she really wanted me to stay.

Here is a slightly more in depth reason why I quit, I typed it out once already, so just cut/pasting


My job is really rascist.
The owners daughter, my friend jasmine,
Put out a status, asking to be a cashier at the resturaunt.
I litterally walked in told them who I am, have them my resumè and walked out
They called me the next day, told me to come in on Saturday 10:30 and start working as a hostess to get a feel for the resturaunt.
Their way of saying, I'm hired.

They were inconsistent with teaching me everything.
Leaving out steps and important steps, I had 7 instructors...

Working 11 1/2 - 12 hour days
No breaks, only a 10 min lunch.
Sitting 500+ people just for lunch , not including kids...
And be NOT ONLY A HOSTESS, but a waitress as well,
Having to divide all the people amongst the 5 sections
Which isn't hard but people prefer sitting in section a and b
And not c, d, or e.
and they tell me, if a customer wants to sit in a particular area,
Let them sit there,
So that throws off my numberig, then they harp on me for not equalling everything out
Then they eat inconsistent with their numbers
They haven't even given me a schedule,
I go in out of. Assumption that I work, very Saturday
They don't even tell me how long I'm working.
Then last Saturday they sai I could have left 2 1/2 hours ago.

Then the rascism.
They HATE black people, my boyfriend is black...
Their daughter dated a black person, they found out and they kicked her out of the house

NOT BECAUSE SHE LIED, but because he was black.
So she as kicked out for 3 months, and she was staying with a friend
The ONLY reason she is back is because her friend went to college out of state.

THhen they tell me, only black peopl steal from this resturaunt, etc.

And they are all Asian, but they treat all Asians differently
Like a class system, Chinese, fujinese, then all the other Asian cultures, then the illegal Mexicans that work in the kitchen.
But I'm half Chinese, so I'm being treated like shit.

And they blame me not knowing stuff on my white side of the family


And I don't even know how much I'm being paid yet either.
