La théorie du sandwich prétend que l'Homme est écrasé entre:
• d'un côté, des contraintes sociétales
• de l'autre côté, des contraintes biologiques

Si j'ai peur du monde extérieur et que je m'enferme chez moi, alors je manque de vitamine D.

Si je suis stressé par la société et que je mange regulierement à MacDo, alors je manque de vitamine B9.

Si je culpabilise sur les droits des animaux et l'écologie, alors je deviens vegan et je manque de vitamine B12.

etc.



Les gens sont régulièrement pris en étau entre ces deux types de contraintes.

It's not okay to be Muslim.

Les musiques séfarades algériennes c'est très rare.
Parce que en Occident, on aime bien le renforcement négatif.
