I'm super excited and anxious for the Texans at Ravens game on Sunday!

In a game like this the first team to score 30 or 40 points may win. I believe in the Texans defense despite lacking some big names. It may lack the superstar power that it once had with Watt and Clowney, but the guys we have now play hard and I'm proud of all of them. The Texans defense has been playing some inspirational football since J.J. Watt had gotten hurt with his season-ending pectoral injury. It's going to take all 11 guys flying to the football just to slow down Lamar Jackson. At the very least the Texans are going to put up a strong fight unlike the Ravens' last opponent. I watched the Bengals defense just give up on a lot of plays.

Deshaun Watson has a clutch level of elite play that he can go to when he needs to. It's pretty special to watch. All he needs is some good pass protection. And thankfully the Houston Texans offensive line is finally healthy again! Just in time for the biggest games of the year. Laremy Tunsil will be back at left tackle to anchor what I believe can become the best offensive line in football. The two rookies, Tytus Howard and Max Scharping, are progressing better than I thought they would. Howard is a rookie stud full of toughness. He came back from a partially torn MCL in only a few weeks. He also played a game earlier this season with a broken finger. He's coming off his most dominating performance and best game against the Jaguars in London. Tytus Howard is a special player! The last rookie offensive lineman that I said that about was Larry Allen back in 1994. With a dominating O-Line, look for Bill O'Brien to establish the running game early. A heavy dose of Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson.

In the two games the Houston Texans had a healthy offensive line Deshaun Watson was sacked 0 times, and they scored 53 points and 31 points in big wins over the Falcons and Chiefs. So hopefully that type of trend continues at Baltimore. All I know is Deshaun Watson is going to make big plays and put the Texans in position to succeed. It will likely be a close game in the fourth quarter and it will be anybody's game. I just hope the Texans are on the winning end. That would be an incredible statement win to beat a great team like the Ravens.

The Ravens are favored to win at home and that's fair enough, but I believe the Houston Texans will defeat the Ravens though!

Good morning. It's finally Friday! The five-game winning streak by the Houston Rockets is about to be tested.
The Rockets host the Pacers tonight at 7 PM and then they play at Minnesota tomorrow night at 7 PM.

A back-to-back means Russell Westbrook will sit out one game due to load management. I'm not sure which game.
Star center Clint Capela, who's been a rebounding machine and force, won't play tonight due to a mild concussion.
We're already without Eric Gordon, Danuel House and Gerald Green. So the Rockets' depth is on full display.

It's remarkable the Rockets are 8-3, but let's see if they can continue this nice winning streak despite the challenges.

Somebody asked me if I was upset that Alex Bregman didn't win the 2019 AL MVP. Not at all. Mike Trout deserved it.
I'm not too happy about the Houston Astros right now with so much negativity about cheating all over the news.
The past three weeks have been a roller coaster of highs and lows. I'll talk about the Astros on Opening Day 2020.

I can't even enjoy the hot stove league or free agency. If I watch the MLB Network it's just more 'cheating talk' and I can't deal with it.

Mason Rudolph is very lucky he wasn't hit in the wrong spot of the head. That could've been a lot worse from last night's football game. Myles Garrett swung that helmet like a weapon! He's a force of a man with tons of strength. Just a shame he put himself in that situation. He's a good kid and a great talent that I enjoyed watching at Texas A&M, but I agree with all the people saying that he should be suspended for the rest of this season.

I'm keeping this blog entry short today. I have a calf muscle injury that I'm treating right now. The burning sensation is painful.
One last thing for today. Season 19 for Diablo 3 starts next Friday on November 22. I'll be making a whirlwind Barb most likely.

The Houston Rockets continued their winning streak with a 111-102 win over the Indiana Pacers.

James Harden continued his historic start this year by dominating with 44 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.
Russell Westbrook added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. His 3-point shot was clearly off though (1-6).
Ben McLemore, now in the starting lineup with all our injuries, stepped up with 21 points. Ben came up huge.

Because Russ played last night he's not going to play at Minnesota tonight in the 2nd game of a back to back. Load management.
It may take Russell Westbrook another month to feel stronger coming off that knee surgery. He isn't the MVP Russ quite yet.

Without Clint Capela playing it was 37-year-old Tyson Chandler and 21-year-old Isaiah Hartenstein splitting minutes at center.

The Rockets will try to improve to 10-3 and win 7 games in a row at Minnesota tonight. A 7 PM start time.

Capela, Westbrook and Gordon, in particular, will be greatly missed in a really tough game like this.
Not having our stud center to slow down Karl-Anthony Towns could be a recipe for disaster.
Clint Capela should be back from his concussion protocol for the next game against Portland on Monday.

I'm not going to lie. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the Rockets win at Minnesota tonight but if James Harden 'goes off' yet again who knows?

Have a great Saturday and enjoy the weekend everybody! I just realized something. It's been nearly 14 days since the last time I've seen a Houston Texans game. The Texans will play two games in the next five days. The huge showdown at Baltimore tomorrow and a big Thursday night game against the Colts. To literally go from no football to a lot of football is quite the extreme. I love it though!

The Houston Rockets just picked up a huge 125-105 win at Minnesota despite half our roster missing.
The Rockets are now 10-3 with seven wins in a row. This team continues to feed off Harden's greatness!

James Harden continues to dominate, as usual, with 49 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds.
It's crazy to say but Harden may average 40 points per game this season if he can keep it up!

Ben McLemore scored 20 points and the dynamic 5'9 Chris Clemons added 19 points (5-9 threes).
21-year-old center, Isaiah Hartenstein, pulled down 16 rebounds. Huge effort with Clint Capela still out!
Hartenstein actually out-rebounded all-star center Karl-Anthony Towns who had 15 rebounds for Minnesota.

For the Rockets to win like they did on the road tonight without Westbrook, Capela and Gordon. Even I'm amazed!

The Houston Rockets will aim for an 11-3 record and 8 wins in a row on Monday night when they host Portland at 7 PM.

The Baltimore Ravens look like they're going to win the Super Bowl. Congrats to them on today's win.
I want to feel better for next Friday's Season 19 of Diablo 3. I think I may have broken my left leg.
I'll see the doctor tomorrow and rest up. Take care everybody. I'm not leaving but I just need to rest.
