i'm not perscribed it, i just take holli's twice a week
on days that we do stuff important, it keeps me focus completely. and taking notes becomes complete incredible fun
like i'm overjoyed to write down all of what the respiritory system does.
and normally i blankly stare and zone out at the ceiling.
