KoB "Predicted" FAQ's


I decided to slap a BloG up about possible KoB FAQ's regarding Rules/Guidelines and expectations, also a brief insight to what the Admins of the Tournament and the Participants may encounter during the Event. Bare with me because I may sound a little comical and blunt on some of the subjects.

Typical Questions;

Q: Can I use a +3 WC ammy in my inventory? I'm sacrificing a charm to carry it.
A: ...Gtfo

Q: The Barb I dueled quit mid match, what happens?
A: The quitter will be rewarded any Kills they managed to achieve but the Win and 7 Kills will be awarded to you.

Q: The person I am dueling wronged me in a trade a while back, do I have to duel them?
A: No you don't, it's not my record that will suffer the loss of a possible Win & Kills to my KoB record. Suck it up and get the duel in.

Q: The person I am dueling I have blocked for a reason, can we communicate in the KoB Thread?
A: Rugzy and Devilish managed to unblock each other for the Event I'm sure you can.

Q: The person I am about to duel is really BM, can I choose anyone to be a Ref?
A: There is a fine list of Admins in this Event, I'm sure one of them can get the job done for ya.
Q: But what if the Ref is my opponent's Guildy?
A: If you don't trust that the match will be ref'd fairly request a different Ref.

Q: Am I allowed to switch weapons to pick up my body?
A: Yes, as long as your Barb can carry all his gear and it does not require you to go to town or stash.

Q: Am I allowed to leave game and rejoin?
A: It must be a mutual agreement between those dueling and must be after or before a round. (Not in the middle of a round you're getting PwN'd in odviously)

Q: Can I use Poison Damage?
A: Read the Rules ffs.

Q: I like to incoorperate Running into my Ww's is that ok?
A: Running is allowed but not as a "Flee" tactic, "Flee" as in running away from your opponents attacks or running out of screen waiting for OW to do the work for you. (You know you who fuckers are -.-)

Q: I'm not gonna place in the KoB so can I get a refund, bruh?
A: No, the Refund Deadline has been posted since the begining, stick it out because you may end up pulling an upset on a Barb that helps your friend/Guildie out ;)

Q: I tried like hell to duel everyone but some of the Barbs were never on, what do I do?
A: At the end of the KoB the Admins will be able to tell who was and wasn't active by the total # of ppl that person dueled. Some participants may be removed along with their scores being removed from those they dueled.

Q: I had a lvl 90 Barb during the start of the KoB and bough a lvl 99. Can I change my Barb to my new lvl 99 one?
A: Yes, but you will have to continue from your previous Barb's record and notify the Admins of the tournament ahead of time.

Q: Can I join with more than 1 Barb?
A: No, the KoB has always been a Single Barb Only event and will remain that way for this KoB. One Barb per participant.
