Fire budget es ~ 5k fg
Budget list. orb is 3kfg. rbfc is a must when low budget. the patch 2.4 allow us to play arround with fhr. the fhr gains of the expensive build are expensive as fuck, but they give us a little bonus, while other stats from jewels are either against rules ( repl/res )
or not needed at all. so we choose max fhr on the expensive builds.

for the budget list, i cannot provide 8 builds, 4 is fine, because rbfc is mandatory

low budget, there is no room for replenish life if you do not want to end up with 1500 mana

every vita HAS to use rbfc, or atleast have the opportunity to do so, with stats jewels, you gain marginal buff in life, so i will only post maxrolls with rbfc.

the mana in both of this vita builds, is very close to be unplayable, i can do it but dont expect to teleport arround alot. you really need to end the duell fast.
