number must look in that way:

+7 - aaaaaa - bbbbbbb

where +7 is country code
aaaaa - town code
bbb - phone number.

i check phone book - and there is no 003725 town in Russia with this code =)

im calling in moscow but its a cell phone not a town number I mean like do u understand me?

i think u have wrong city code. 3725 - is argentinian code

I was in england when a girl gave me this number(we were both in england) and I was calling her and we were talking via this number so when I tried calling her from bulgaria to russia from where she is it didnt work out.
