http://us.battle.net/d3/en/blog/18061643/patch-220-ptr-patch-notes-updated-310-3-10-2015кажется, близзы слетели с катушек. понадобавляли кучу всего нового, явно заменяющего существующие билды. в их нормальном режиме это все тестить полгода надо было минимум. я не знаю, что из этого выйдет (или пронесет по чистой случайности или будет феерический пиздец с кучей абузов), но будет интересно. тут уже не просто циферки подкрутили.
