если файер на компе-роутере, то можно увидеть, да.. но так почти ни у кого сейчас не настроено ) а локальный файер на этом же компе серьезные червяки заблокируют чаще всего.. ил ты будешь сидеть и ждать часами исходящего коннекта, если это к примеру дроппер бот\спам-нета..
