My apologies for the late response.

A couple of things that could be helpful - first I noticed you have a 500 series graphics card from nVidia there have been reported overheating issues with these as the previous agent mentioned.

To combat this limiting the foreground FPS is one option, but the other option that was implemented in drivers is "Variable V-Sync" and I would strongly recommend you try using this feature.

The second thing that stands out is that you only have 21 Gigabytes free on your C drive - this could be causing issues as it's recommended to have significantly more free space on your system drive when you use Windows 7 - if possible try to increase this to at least 30 Gigabytes.

Lastly your network card driver seems to be out of date, it's probably not a one shot fix, but updating this is still recommended:

If after these steps you still have problems try using selective startup to make sure there's no other programs interfering with your Diablo III game:
