Excuse me but i am in europe.
Russia have a different system , laws and legislation i suppose.
The limit , if there is neccesary do papers and what kind etc ....

you send money to yourself. i don't see any prob. taxes are applied when you got profit.
choose biggest bank and you should be safe for awhile http://www.banki.ru/banks/ratings/?LANG=en Better to avoid sberbank. Check Alfa Bank first.
