I am at level 3 on my character, but I keep getting really close to dying. is there any way to get better drops from monsters, so I have a chance to get better gear to survive? I don't have enough forum gold to buy anything but I have read allot of the guides so far :)

is there any way to get better drops? or what items should I be looking for to put on the marketplace?

I need to get some forum gold to upgrade my gear again ( level 25). I am starting to hit zero's again I've read over some of the guides, and I think I am going to try and stay with daggers and scale armor? is there a reason why these are so much more expensive, but recommended in the guides??
