Does fishing level you up?

Long time no see my friend, fishing can't level you up, as all skills are concerned and Jubiliance... it will take you to 99.99% of the level resulting you to kill atleast 1 mob to ding for your level
I have plenty of starter gear I will donate you (1fg) via MP if you are interested browse my SC chars ... Good Luck
