its 1 stat per attempts/passes...

1 per attempt on feeder
1 per 2 attempt on sami
1 per 3 attempt on pally
etc

Max of 20 starting stats

It is a combination.

Feeder fail equals +1 stat point.
Samurai fail equals +1 stat point per 2 master quest attempts
... etc.

However, the +stat bonus is based on Attempts.

I can not understand how it works out completely... but gaining +2 additional starting stat points = the amount the master quests you have attempted. ... 3 successful and 7 fail = 10 attempts.

Again, I am at a loss.

Attempts / (passes + 1) = additional stat points (rounded down)

Pretty straight forward.

10 attempted / (3 passes for monk + 1) = 2.5 additional stats rounded down is 2 extra.

Wanted to test something today.
Killed the treasure pest pretty early at lvl 27


Then i finished the catacomb but i found it had a trapdoor


So after i got my map i went thru the trapdoor and i got the new objectives - sneaky included. Maybe i will kill sneaky before lvl 30?

Side note: Monk skill doublestrike will always hit the hidden spider!
Tested it more than 10 times and it always finds the hidden spider

if you have more than just the spider on the screen and you use it on a "real" mob it will ignore the fakes too

Yep. Tested that too. It always gets the real spider

So after falling thru the trapdoor i got teleported around the catacomb like 20 times. Managed to finish it but the map was not worth it.
