Sneaky is a beast when you are melee... so, hold onto some +Int items and cast if you can not find a person online to help you with that objective... it does take time, but I do with with my Samurai and Paladin frequently with a base of 30 intelligence and a cast charm that doesn't have Enhanced Effect.

So, with that information, you can complete this objective with ease. :D
