You should hit your guild leader up for a donation.

Since you are one of the 50 member high council carrying Mount Olympus in the fight vs all tyrant guilds, I'm sure he would gladly donate you a few k so you can get better gear and slaughter the infidels.

This game is a lot of fun once you learn how to play well with others.


Edit: people are probably kicking you because of your guild. Once it's publicly known how bad mannered a guild is (even if it had nothing to do with you) it's hard to recover from that. Guilty by association. I'd join a better guild if I were you, just my opinion.
