Loans never pay out. ;(
You're better off playing a different game to make some fg and then invest it in ladder slasher.

Ladder slasher gives low steady income in the beginning if you sell whites

some of my guild mates go hard and full throttle with a new ladder season in D2. Finding some good stuff early as possible and make some nice profit to fund their LS items.

Not sure if you play D2r but might be worth it.

if you want to make fg from LS, continuously climb the same class over and over.

The cheapest ways of doing it is a barb with clubs and strength or a rogue with staffs and dexterity.

If you avoid any other classes, this saves one hell of a lot of fg and when you have enough fg to buy your sets, then you can go and buy the sword/dagger set you need.

Getting a bad axe set into a bad dagger set feels expensive, means you solo extremely slowly and gives almost no sense of progression.
Saying this, this is the route chose and he's bought various items and has a mediocre dagger and axe set with some solid armors/charms.

I made in the regions of 20k from LS from just solo'ing before moving onto group climbs, as my goal had changed from making fg to resetting the season.

Make your own path in the game, wellables and mutables sell for a large amount and you can make ~2k fg just from self found drops in less than 2 weeks if you're willing to put in the effort.
If you're not willing to do that, why would we bother to loan you gear?

Most of us have done it at some point of solo'ing to make fg to get better gear, not too many come to LS and just dump down 100k+ fg for the items you really need for all the sets.

Exactly what he said. I started with nothing but stupid found items and then eventually bought cheap items and made my way up. My first few climbs I didn't have any weapons above 100 EE. Bigheaded profile had a guide you can sell items at and tbh you can make quite a bit like he said, I have invested way more than I made but still I made a few thousand FG easily and not even two months in I don't think. Just takes grinding.

Basically just do your own thing. Don't jump in expecting to have gear like the people who have been playing for years, and don't really expect people to loan you stuff especially if your new. Hell we don't even know if you will stick with the game long term. You don't need godly items, I have probably 1k mq weapons and 2k mq armor and some 100-400 FG items thrown in and do just fine for my liking. I started this grind with 1k FG.

LS is a grind though. Items are rare and take investment so you just have to know if this is the game for you.

Edit: I'm confused what the problem is. You actually have a MQ weapon. That 45 club at 146 EE would actually be 106EE lv 55 weapon. This seems doable to me, better than what I had at first. You're weapon set actually isn't bad.

I was gonna sell it and swap to a decent cheapish dagger set or sword set if the 1st 3 chars can all use it also if I choose to barrow fg off someone I’ll do that no sweat on the guild I just joined don’t want to barrow anything I just need to know what weapon feeder samari maybe pally can all use and see if they use same armor

No I didn't mean to come off as it was wrong or you shouldn't my only thing was you definitely didn't need too, but of course you do you bro. So if you have dagger and axe set then all melee chars can use them 2, no one set can be used across all melee chars. This is why most people use axes and daggers but at the same time they are the most desirable. This is the route I went too, axes and daggers.

I guess sword would fit your description, fighter, samurai, and paladin can use swords.

After that’s mages right I can go healer/wind user got some decent wind charms already and heals trying to see if I can almost cover a lot of chars cheapish with passing one set off to then and then have my mage type set going also

why do you want to use all these classes? better to get the gear first before you worry about trying to complete sets.

Lets arguably suggest the goal is a 200 ee weapon
for a sword you're looking at 30k
for a dagger you're looking at 40k+
for a club/staff you're looking at about 6k and more of these available to buy.

Arguably the club does the most damage seeing barbs strength is equal to rogues dex but has more vitality so less points wasted there.

I get that new classes are cool and all, but unless you're happy running ~90-110 ee sets of items, this isn't really an option.

never ever worry about headhunter before you get there, passing to warlock and passing a warlock is likely to take you 100+ attempts, think how many attempts you currently have then compute those numbers.
