I guess the exp mod is a bit unfortunate.
At least I would not want to have it on my ml gear if id plan on wearing it for exploring/killing eps. Not sure how much that impacts the price.
Generally there have been people looking for ml staffs in the past, and I would assume there is some interest.
You could just make a thread and see the offers.
Not entirely sure about the value, would just say ~1k without thinking too much.
