Whats normal price on magic/Rar lvl 35 and 40 essences?

I've been buying here and there magical 40 for 10ea.
Not sure about 35, but I guess it would be close/similar.

rare - 12-15?

rare - 15-18?

rare ess is not for sale often but its usually almost double the magic price i think.. it's supply/demand tho haha

Not long ago 35 was 9-10 40 was 12, but i guess people keep undercutting market

Usually selling magical 35s for 8-8,5 and 40s for 10fg
