I looked up int staves on marketplace and there is some high price ones. I now this isn't perfect by any means but what would be a ball park?

15int is too low for lvl 10. max is 25 int on that lvl. desired at that low lvl is int + mana
so your staff is just a decent glyph for 1-2 fg
