Welp, this is one of those items that it depends on the interest and the market.

Wouldn't see it going for less than 50k, but could go much higher.

EDIT:

I just checked my 53int lvl 50 non-padded robe that I sold a few months back. I sold it at a discount of 30k.

This being padded and a few int higher, I'd have to put it in the 40-50k+ range.
