1-5 fgs both imo

tons of similar low lvl items

to have value u need life on the robe and maybe some int

the heal is very courant

the last one should just go in the shrine, heal mastery is a terrible mod on it's own, even a 60% level 45 will have practically no interest.

less than 20 on the heal
and agree with 1-5 on the 300 mana 2 crit robe to be honest.


tier 3's are incredibly common, so finding a really really good one is very rare.
