I can sell you a literal entire character but it wouldn't be cheap.
Int Daggers, Int Robes, Lightnings, and Wild Heals for the entire climb.
The advantage being, daggers can be used on most characters, robes can be used on all characters, lightnings can be used on all characters including head hunter if you wanted to cast it for some reason and same thing for wild heals.
the compression of casting gear to minimal sets needed to cast most characters with only minor off-casting gear for certain niche characters =P
I'd have to do some research on all I paid to talk numbers seriously, but if you wanted to PM me I could maybe give you a very rough estimate if it sounds like it is for you.
Edit: MQ Lightning would be around 170, MQ heal is a level 45 usable 216EE, and the INT gear would be at minimum +40 on weapon and robes at MQ as I recall.
I also have a set of INT staffs for Warlock, but including those would put you over budget I'm certain.
