unfortunately, no-one has any use for it, so 5 fg isn't necessarily far off. Razo has more of these than he can use and no-one else is remotely close and are significantly better off using lower skill rank ones.
So due to the fact it's for all intents and purposes worse than a 100 durability 50 rank, i'd say you're looking at 20-100 fg tbh and even then i think they would be wasting their time buying it.
