both are practically garbage. Life isnt needed on softcore. 170 mana and 12 int would be decent on a robe, but for the situational plate use, it's not really anything worth talking about. 50 fg max, more like 10-20. Would have needed 250+ mana with the 12 int to be worth anything more.
The level 45 one is probably worth more as a mute, 39 int is again not high enough to really cut it. 20 fg max and that's pretty close to what muters pay.
45 arcane is 25fg as mute
