Depends on event and item type, but usually I sell them for:

Lvl 20 ~ 1 Fg
Lvl 25 ~ 1-2 Fg
Lvl 30 ~ 4-6 Fg
Lvl 35 ~ 5-10 Fg
Lvl 40 ~ 10-15 Fg
Lvl 45 ~ 19.98-30 Fg
Lvl 50 ~ 30-60 Fg
Lvl 55 ~ 100-150 Fg

Are level 15 whites really not worth even picking up? I assumed people would pay at least 1 fg for them.

depends who is muting/buying at the time and if an event is helping that cause.. generally hit or miss with 15s
