Doesn't look like any useful stats here to consider equipping it as a main-charm. It does have value for transmuters to break down into essences.

Items like this typically go from anywhere between 1-10fg at that Tier. For comparison, there's a lvl 25 godly item for 5fg on the market, so I would say your item is worth less than that in this current market.
Certain events, such as this one, "25% Faster Transmuting", can dry the marketplace with muteables. It's possible with some patience, the event could work in your favor and you might get more than 5fg.
