4k should be really fair.

idk...looks more like a 1k dagger to me ><

this is a level 25, so its only 18ee from max.
it's also got decent side mods even if they're low, they add up.
Should also bear in mind a 150ee lvl 30/35 will generally go for 4-5k
1k is the amount i'd expect this to sell for if it was a club.

somewhere around the 3-4k seems correct to me
