too low ee. charms are super duper common at level 20/25/30/35 with around 100 ee or less, not enough demand compared to how many drop as most new players avoid mage.
so even at 100ee you're looking at 50 fg max. anything below 90 is basically mutable for those levels

are weapons generally most expensive compared to other items at "lower levels" ?

indeed. as mentioned about 80% of the new players end up going for barb/fighter.

As an example i'd expect the following:
level 15 100 ee:
Heavy weapon - 300+
sword/axe/dagger - 200-300
club - 100-150
Staff/charm/armor - 50-100

When ee gets much closer to the cap, damage charms overtake armor/staff/sword/club by a lot.

thanks, items below level 15 are valued in a similar way ?

for example my scale armor lvl 10 with 88 ee was considered worthless because other stats at that level compare better (dex/str i guess)

Armor Lvl 0 and 5 are somehow useless with ee, you don't take enough damage and would rather use stats for speed, lvl 10 88 could fetch 25-50fgs

alright, any advice you could give me what i should look out for when it comes to items lvl 0-5 ?

At lvl 0 you want either perfect Stat 14-15 or dual stats 20+ charms
Ee weapons 50+ and even then I'd say 58-60 ee
Lvl 0-5 weapons max mana intelligence, mana per kill
