Don't think people care about heals at low levels. Mute 1fg imo. But get one more incase im dumb

Worth picking up, sure. But don't expect to get much from them unless they have useful side mods. T3 items drop alot more frequently than higher levels, so perfect EE on tier 3 items are pretty common.

T3 are worth a bit with side mods only in general.

For ee weapons and dex/str armors & stat charms - ml
Int weapons/armors (dagger/staff/robes) - mm / mpk
Ee charms (heals excluded) - mm / mpk / ml

Ee armors and ee heals are worthless in any case for t3 imo.

Overspawns are worth a bit without side mods.
