What are people paying for stacks of fish?

Do people care more about total recovery or speed of recovery?

Is there anything else I should know before trying to sell fish?

a few quick breakdowns:

Sardines -
These are literally trash fish. even cooked mana ones people still dont want to buy as the amount healed is still just too small. the issue is that using a fish takes an action so healing any worthwhile amount is very bad using sardines.
Add to this we generally don't cook them either because they're not worth the time, i mean why cook a 70 life fish when you could spend the time cooking 140 life fish and getting +140. Even life herring are generally not worth the time to cook.
A reminder that when you are able to fish for level 15 fish (can be done as early as 7 fishing prof on a good 90%+ event) in a well will mean you will not be able to catch sardines which is great.

Life fish -
Level requirement generally doesn't matter, very rarely do people need to use a fish at below level 15.
This leads to the entire demand being the amount of life it heals. the higher the better, when it gets to 900+ life healed, they get useful for mirror mazes.
Usually the price of life fish fluctuates between 400-1000 life healed = 1 fg. Currently demand is very good as all the fishers are still a bit annoyed at losing permanent wells + mobs/treasures spawning which ruins the flow.

Mana fish -
Level requirement also matters here, as offcasters (casting on classes like samurai) need them at lower levels.
For every 4 life fish caught you will generally get 1 mana fish. So the amount of mana fish is significantly lower, this leads to much higher demand for them.
In general you can expect between 250-600 mana healed = 1 fg.

Life + mana fish
In general these have no actual demand, so it's best to just sell these at mana fish prices and ignore the health given. I would avoid adding these to your mana fish stacks as you then get a pretty ugly looking stack.
Some people have some OCD about it and so if you have two options, 300 mana healed and 20 life healed or just a straight 300 mana healed, you'll find the 300 mana healed only would actually sell first even at the same price because it looks neater.

Cooking %
Ideally try and get 100% cooked on all the stacks you intend to sell, simply again for OCD reasons.

Just be warned that there are a lot of high prof fishers whom can flood the market and void those prices. People arn't going to buy your life herring if some life bass are available at the same price
As an example i have about 3000 fish waiting to be cooked, however i usually only bother cooking during a +cooking speed event which hasnt been seen in months. I am also far from the biggest supplier for the fish market, so after the next cooking event you might find the market a bit more flooded.
