All of it seems useful for a new group but not gg by any standard. You're a bit short on the level 40+ items for anything to be effective in the end game.

With a few thousand fg, you should be able to to afford a few low end sets. Try to stay around 120ee. That price range is exceptionally cheap unless you get someone trying to take advantage of you.
