robes like this need 1-20+ mana PER KILL , not attack

and or 10+ INT
with 230+ MANA

to be worth something , and bonus adds = life / mana per kill / life per kill [ not attack ]

so im weird
because i like the other sides at low lvls life steal (even 1%) is dope at low lvl
and all the sides on it are usable side mods (at low lvl)
that with nearly perf max mana and small 4 int id pay 25fg for it

if it had 10+int your talking 100-500fg or more if bid war

not sure what all the hate is about. heck a plain 300 mana robe is worth 1-2 fg to a glypher.
This is pretty usable for a lot of players and i can see many paying 20 for it.
